For Shopee Customer:

1. Select [Deposit] payment is not FULL PAYMENT.
2. Customer MUST confirm "Order Received" and after the status changed to "SHIPPING".
3. We will inform and request "Balance Payment" before 2 weeks of the item's arrival.
4. Customer who fails to pay the balance payment within 2 weeks before the product release date the stock and deposit will be forfeited.
5. Self-collection is not available only shipping is available.
6. Shipping Fee will be collected with the Balance Payment together.
7. Refunds are not possible once an order is placed, except in cases where we are unable to fulfill the order.
8. Customer bear the risk of shipment delays associated with pre-orders.
