Terms and Conditions for Shop & Win Lucky Draw
The following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) shall apply to the
Shop & Win Lucky Draw (the “Promotion”) hosted by Ace Cards & Collectibles (the “Organiser”).

Promotion Period

1. The Promotion is open from 6th June 2020 to 7th July 2020, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
2. Contest closes at 23:59 on 7th July 2020.Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
3. This contest is strictly applicable for orders purchased at acecards.com only.

Participation in the Promotion

1. Patron requires to create an online shopping account at acecards.com.
2. Patron must spend RM100 or above at acecards.com to qualify for the lucky draw. Every RM100 purchased at www.acecards.com during the contest will be qualify for the lucky draw.
3. Patrons are entitled to multiple entries to the promotion throughout the promotion period if the qualification requirement is met.

Conduct of Lucky Draw and Prizes

1. One winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 
2. There will be ONE (1) winner picked during the Lucky Draw. Each winner will be entitled to win one unit of Ace Cards & Collectibles lucky draw prize.
3. Each winner is only entitled to win one prize. In the event a patron is picked for more than one time, the Organiser shall be entitled to disregard the second and subsequent picks and re-pick a winner.

Prize Collection

1. The Organiser shall make a lucky draw winners’ name list announcement via social media ( Facebook, Instagram ) or website ( acecards.com ) on 18th July 2020. Kindly follow our social media and website for the winners’ list announcement.
2. The winner will be notified by email on or before 17th July 2020.
3. Consolation Prize are not transferable, exchangeable for cash or any other forms of legal tender
4. The value of the store credit stated herein is in Malaysia Ringgit.

Prizes

1. Prizes will be in Gift Card form and the winnerwill received thru email.
2. Gift Card is valid until 6 month from the date inssuance, after the issued date the credit balance will be
3. Gift Card is not applicable for Store Walk-in purchased.
4. We are not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed. No replacement will be provide in this circumstances.

General

1. By participating in the Promotion, the patron is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other instructions, terms and conditions that the Organiser may issue from time to time.

2. The Organiser shall not be liable to any persons in the Promotion for any injuries, losses or damages in respect of, in connection with and/or arising from the Promotion.
   
   
3. The Organiser reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the Promotion and to amend or change these Terms and Conditions at any time for whatever reason and without giving prior notice to the patrons. The decision of the Organiser on all matters relating to or in connection with the Promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.

4. A patron shall fully indemnify and hold the Organiser harmless from and against any loss, damage, cost, liability or expense (including legal fees), whether direct or indirect, which the Organiser incurs in respect of, in connection with and/or arising from the patron’s breach of these Terms and Conditions.

5. In the event of any inconsistencies or discrepancies between the Terms and Conditions and the contents of any brochure, marketing and/or promotional materials relating to the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
