7-Day Window: Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the date of purchase.

Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original unopened packaging.

Proof: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

⚠️ Important Notice

The following items are strictly non-returnable to protect the integrity of the collectibles market.

To maintain fairness and product integrity for all our customers, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once purchased, regardless of whether the item has been opened:

  • TCG Products: Booster Packs, Booster Boxes, Theme Decks, and Starter Decks. Due to their randomised contents, these products are susceptible to pack weighing and filtering, and all sales are considered final at the point of purchase.
  • Collectibles: Trading Figures, Blind Boxes, and Ichiban Kuji items. As contents are randomised and cannot be verified prior to purchase, no returns or exchanges will be entertained.
  • Single Cards: All individual trading card sales are final. Card conditions are assessed and communicated at point of sale.
  • Sale & Promotional Items: Items purchased during promotions, clearance, or sales events are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Factory Defects: Exchanges are only offered for confirmed factory defects. Note: This does not apply to TCG pulls (randomized results).

Packaging Policy: We do not replace outer packaging boxes (e.g., Funko or Figure boxes) as their purpose is to protect the internal item.

Reporting: Please email shop@acecards.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Inspection: Once your return is received at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Store Credit/Refund: Refunds are only applicable if a replacement item is unavailable.

Payment: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within several business days.

Address: Returns should be sent to: Ace Cards & Collectibles Warehouse, A-0-1 Gembira Park, Jalan Riang, 58200 Kuala Lumpur.

Cost: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Insurance: For items valued above RM100, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
