Return Period

Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided

Please note that items must not be sent directly to the manufacturer.


Valid Reasons for Returns

For products purchased through acecards.com or our retail store, returns or exchanges will only be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Item damaged upon arrival

  • Quality issues

  • Incorrect item received

  • Incomplete parts

  • Factory defects


Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for the following reason:

  • Change of mind

The following product categories are strictly non-returnable:

  • Trading Card Game Booster Packs / Booster Boxes

  • Trading Card Game Theme Decks / Starter Decks

  • Trading Figures and Blind Boxes

  • Single Cards

  • Ichiban Kuji items


Packaging Policy

Product packaging is intended to protect the item contained inside. As such, we do not replace packaging boxes, including packaging for toys, figures, or collectibles.


Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for items confirmed to have a factory defect.

Please note that factory defect claims do not apply to Trading Card Game products, as card pulls are randomized and card condition may vary due to the nature of the manufacturing process.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

Refunds are only applicable in situations where a replacement item is unavailable.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within several business days.


Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Items purchased during sales or promotions are non-refundable.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please complete the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary

  3. Contact your bank, as additional processing delays may occur

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanged products may vary.

For items valued above RM100, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
