By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, shipment processing may be delayed. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you via email or phone.


2. Payment for Bank Transfer Orders

For orders placed using Local Bank Transfer, payment must be completed within 24 hours.

Orders with unpaid bank transfers exceeding the 24-hour payment period will be cancelled automatically.


3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary depending on location and courier services.

Pos Laju / GDex 2 – 4 Business Days 3 – 7 Business Days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to courier operations or external factors.


4. Domestic and International Shipping

Ace Cards Sdn Bhd operates acecards.com and provides both domestic and international shipping.

By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following terms.


5. Product Availability

5.1 Stock Availability

We make every effort to maintain accurate stock availability on our website. However, stock discrepancies may occasionally occur.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to offer the following options:

  • Wait for the item to be restocked

  • Receive a refund for the unavailable item


5.2 Pre-Order Items

Pre-Order items are products scheduled for future release and are not ready for immediate shipment.

Release dates are stated in the product description and may be subject to change.

Once a Pre-Order has been placed and confirmed, cancellations are not allowed.


5.3 Back-Order Items

Back-Order items are temporarily out of stock but expected to be restocked.

Restock dates are indicated in the product description and may be subject to change.

Back-Order purchases cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.


6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight

  • Package dimensions

  • Shipping destination

The shipping fee shown during checkout will be the final shipping cost charged to the customer.


7. Returns Related to Shipping

7.1 Returns Due to Product Issues

Returns for product issues must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item.

Returned products must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in original packaging

  • Be in resellable condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once approved, refunds will be issued as store credit, or the product may be exchanged if available.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

7.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Trading Card Game Booster Packs / Booster Boxes

  • Trading Card Game Theme or Starter Decks

  • Trading Figures

  • Single Cards

  • Ichiban Kuji items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Selected health or personal care items


7.3 Warranty Claims

Warranty coverage depends on the manufacturer's warranty terms for eligible products.

Warranty claims must be submitted within the specified warranty period.

Customers must initially cover return shipping costs. If the warranty claim is approved, we will reimburse the return shipping.

Customers may also visit our retail store to submit warranty claims in person.

Warranty claims are generally processed within 7 business days after receiving the item.

Approved claims may result in:

  • Refund to the original payment method

  • Store credit

  • Replacement product (if available)


8. Delivery Terms

8.1 Domestic Transit Time

Domestic deliveries typically arrive within 2–7 business days depending on location and courier service.


8.2 International Transit Time

International deliveries typically take 4–22 business days, depending on the courier service and destination country.

Exact estimates are displayed during checkout.


8.3 Dispatch Time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (MYT, UTC+8) may be dispatched on the same day. Otherwise, they will be shipped on the next business day.

Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.


8.4 Change of Delivery Address

Shipping addresses may be modified before the order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.


8.5 P.O. Box Deliveries

We currently do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.


8.6 Self-Collection

Customers may choose self-collection at our Mid Valley retail store.

Orders left uncollected for more than 30 days will be returned to our warehouse and may incur additional handling fees.


9. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your shipment through the courier's tracking system.


10. Damaged or Lost Parcels

10.1 Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • Please reject the parcel if possible

  • Contact our customer service immediately

If the parcel was delivered without your presence, please contact us for further assistance.


10.2 Lost Parcels

If a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier after investigation, we will issue a refund or replacement according to the courier’s compensation policy.


10.3 Packaging Policy

Packaging is intended to protect the product inside. Minor damage to packaging does not qualify for replacement if the item inside remains intact.


11. Duties and Taxes

11.1 Sales Tax

Applicable sales taxes are included in product prices displayed on the website.


11.2 International Import Duties

International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the customer's responsibility.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes:

  • The parcel will be returned to us

  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund

  • The original shipping fee will not be refunded


12. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Pre-Order and Back-Order purchases cannot be cancelled.


13. Shipping Insurance

Parcels are insured according to the coverage provided by the courier service.

Customers purchasing high-value items may request additional shipping insurance by leaving a note during checkout or contacting us via email.
