Product packaging is intended to protect the item contained inside. As such, we do not replace packaging boxes, including packaging for toys, figures, or collectibles.
Exchanges are only offered for items confirmed to have a factory defect.
Please note that factory defect claims do not apply to Trading Card Game products, as card pulls are randomized and card condition may vary due to the nature of the manufacturing process.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
Refunds are only applicable in situations where a replacement item is unavailable.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within several business days.
