Duration

  1. The “Pokémon TCG: Sword & Shield SS08 Fusion Strike Lottery Lucky Draw” (“Campaign”) is organised by Ace Cards & Collectibles and is subject to these terms and conditions. The number of waves for Lottery Lucky Draw pools will be determined on the demand and stock supplies from The Pokémon Company for the particular Pokémon TCG: Sword & Shield SS08 Fusion Strike products. The date to be drawn will be announced 3 days before the actual date on our social media.

 

Eligibility

  1. This Campaign is open for all Malaysian and foreigners, aged thirteen (13) years old and above (“Participants”) who have made successful purchase entry on Pokémon TCG: Sword & Shield SS08 Fusion Strike products at our google form (refer to link attached below).

 

Registration

  1. To participate in this Campaign, Eligible Customers whom successfully purchased at our google form (refer to the link attached below). Multiple registrations by lottery participant in per wave pool are prohibited. Each participant is only entitled to participate once per wave for every each product of Pokémon TCG: Sword & Shield SS08 Fusion Strike. Ace Cards & Collectibles (“The Organizer”) reserves the right to deny registration to anyone without giving any reasons.
  2. Each participant’s name as the lottery ID, is only entitled to ONE copy from the particular products for each wave. 
  3. Eligible Customers who registered to participate, are deemed to have read and agreed with the terms and conditions herein and have consented to participate in this Campaign.
  4. Upon successful registration, Eligible Customers are required to update accurate personal information in the google form for this campaign. 
  5. Order done paid by Eligible Customers is considered as a deposit for the particular product.
  6. Every order purchase done by an Eligible Customer is entitled to 1 Lottery Lucky Draw entry. 
  7. The number of waves for Lottery Lucky Draw pools will be determined on the demand for the particular Pokémon TCG: Sword & Shield SS08 Fusion Strike products. Lottery Lucky Draw Pool will be closed when the particular wave’s pool has reached a limit amount of entries. 

 

Prizes Fulfilment Process

  1. Participation and chances of winning do not depend on the ascending order of purchase for Pokémon TCG: Sword & Shield SS08 Fusion Strike product in any way. 
  2. Multiple entries from the same Participant in per wave pool is prohibited. The Organizer will take only one entry as the valid entry from the particular wave, and the balance entries will be included in the last wave of Lottery Lucky Draw. 
  3. Upon successfully purchased draw and registered in google form, the name will be included in the “Pokémon TCG: Sword & Shield SS08 Fusion Strike Lottery Lucky Draw” Lottery Lucky Draw Pool and the draw purchased is NOT exchangeable, returnable or refundable.
  4. For each wave of lucky draw pool, winners will be chosen by the lottery from among all the participants of the particular batch of lucky draw pool. 
  5. Participant whom successfully win from the lottery is only entitled to get ONE copy from the particular products and no additional quantity can be added.
  6. Participant whom successfully win from the lottery is required to pay for the balance amount of the product with the pre-order price fixed in previous. Prizes are non-transferable and will not be paid out in cash. Winners are not entitled to have the prize paid out in kind or to exchange the prize for a different item. The Organizer reserves the right to give the winner an alternative prize of equivalent or higher value if an advertised prize is not available for any reason.
  7. If participant whom successfully win from the lottery doesn’t claim his/her prizes within 7days, the deposit and the prizes will be forfeited. 
  8. Participants who unsuccessful in the lottery session, their name will bring forward automatically to join the next wave of Lottery Lucky Draw Pool. The deposit paid is NOT exchangeable, returnable or refundable, unless if there’s no balance stock from The Pokémon Company. 
  9. The Organizer reserve the right to vary, modify, delete or change the session of the lottery draw date.
  10. Lottery Lucky Draw will be held on Facebook Live and the date to be drawn will be announced 3 days before the actual date on our social media. 

  

General Terms & Condition

  1. All pre-order is place at your own risk due to all thePokémon TCG: Sword & Shield SS08 Fusion Strike products image and information is not fully released from The Pokémon Company.
  2. The Organizer’s decisions on all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final, conclusive and binding. The Organizer shall not be obliged to give any reasons whatsoever or enter into any correspondence with any person(s) on any matter concerning this Campaign.
  3. The Organizer reserves the rights at its sole discretion to withdraw, cancel, suspend, extend or terminate this Campaign either in whole or in part, or to vary, delete or add to any of the terms and conditions herein at any time with prior notice.

  1. How do I purchase my Lottery Lucky Draw Entry?
    • You may purchase from the google form attached at the particular product description box. 
    1. How will you notify me when my lottery is going to draw?
      • The date to be drawn will be announced 3 days before the actual date on our social media or email will be sent to notify participants about the lottery drawing date and time.
      1. If the first wave of Lottery Lucky Draw is fully registered and purchased, will you open for the second wave?
        • The number of waves for Lottery Lucky Draw pools will be determined on the demand and stock supplies from The Pokémon Company for the particular products of Pokémon TCG: Sword & Shield SS08 Fusion Strike
        • If the particular product of Pokémon TCG: Sword & Shield SS08 Fusion Strike is in high demand and it is estimated will have coming batch of stock arrive from The Pokémon Company, The Organizer might open a second wave for Eligible Customers to make purchase and register.
        1. I’m not Malaysian, could I join the Lottery Lucky Draw for Pokémon TCG: Sword & Shield SS08 Fusion Strike products?
          • Yes, for international customers you may place your order by pm us through FB Messenger https://www.facebook.com/AceCardsCollectibles or email at hello@acecards.com. We will guide you throughout the process in payment and shipping details.
          1. As international customer, how does the deposit get to refund if I didn't manage to get the prize from Lottery Lucky Draw?
            • Important note for international customer is deposit will not be refund in money but you may use the deposit amount to exchange to other products if you unsuccessful in the lottery session. 
          2. What if I purchased 3 entries per wave pool?
            • Multiple registrations by lottery participant in per wave pool are prohibited. The Organizer will take only one entry as the valid entry from the particular wave, and the balance entries will be included in the last wave of Lottery Lucky Draw.
            • Participant A purchased 3 entries for the Pokémon TCG: Sword & Shield SS08 Fusion Strike Elite Trainer Box, and there will estimated have 4 waves of Lottery Lucky Draw for Pokémon TCG: Sword & Shield SS08 Fusion Strike Elite Trainer Box product. In this case, The Organizer will only take one entry as the valid entry and the rest of the 2 entries will include in the fourth (last) wave of Lottery Lucky Draw.
            1. How many winner will be chosen per wave?
              • The number of winners will be chosen depends on when the quantity of stock arrives. Different products and waves will select a different number of winners from the pool.
              • If the batch of stock arrives is more than enough to distribute all the participants in the particular Lottery Lucky Draw pool, The Organizer will fulfil all the participants from the particular wave with each participant ONE copy without having the Lottery drawing session.
              1. What if I unsuccessfully from the first wave of Lottery Lucky Draw? Could I withdraw my name from the following Lottery Lucky Draw pool?
                • Participants who unsuccessful in the lottery session, their name will bring forward automatically to join the next wave of Lottery Lucky Draw Pool. The deposit paid is NOT exchangeable, returnable or refundable, unless if there’s no balance stock from The Pokémon Company.
                • Participant A successfully registered and purchased entries for TWO waves of Pokémon TCG: Sword & Shield SS08 Fusion Strike Elite Trainer Box. However, in the 1st wave Participant A unsuccessful in the lottery session. Therefore, his/her 1st wave’s entry will bring forward to the 2nd wave. Two entries will be included in the 2nd wave, but if Participant A successful in the 2nd wave his/she will only entitle to have ONE copy of the particular product.
